Paul Goodrick

Paul Goodrick is an environmental artist, working with references to nature through the use of natural and made materials. He often works outdoors and his artwork mainly has a finite life; decay and destruction by the elements being part of the process.
He lives in Kent and works throughout the UK and Europe and has undertaken many varied commissions, residencies and community projects, including Awards for the Year of the Artist and the Year of Science. He has recently finished a major Pulse Award commission from the Wellcome Trust and he is currently preparing for a large sculptural work on the Altar of Canterbury Cathedral. Some of his drawings are being used on the tiles of the Pines Calyx building in the Pines garden.
For more information about Paul’s practice, please see his web site.
